Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters, regarding the use of the Stellog service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by Tayco (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 1-2 (Business Information)

In accordance with Article 10 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Company displays the following information within the Service for easy reference by users:

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:

1. "Service" means all services of Stellog, including astrological disposition analysis and life patterns generation provided by the Company.
2. "User" or "Member" means a person who enters into a service agreement with the Company in accordance with these Terms and uses the services provided by the Company.
3. "Star Flakes" means virtual currency used within the Service, used when using paid services.
4. "Life Patterns" means an in-depth analysis report generated for each individual using AI technology.
5. "Traveler" means a profile of an analysis subject registered by a user in the Service.

Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

1. The Company posts the contents of these Terms on the initial screen and settings page of the Service so that users can easily know them.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
3. When the Company amends the Terms, it shall specify the effective date and reason for amendment and notify from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date together with the current Terms. However, if the amendment is unfavorable to users, it shall be notified from 30 days before the effective date and individually notified through electronic means such as email.
4. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue using the Service and terminate the service agreement. If the user does not express their intention to refuse until the effective date of the amended Terms, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

Article 4 (Member Registration and Establishment of Service Agreement)

1. The service agreement is concluded when a user agrees to the contents of these Terms, applies for membership, and the Company approves it.
2. When registering as a member, you must provide information specified by the Company, such as email address and password.
3. The Company may refuse approval or terminate the service agreement after the fact for applications that fall under any of the following:
   • When applying using another person's name
   • When false information is entered or required information is not entered
   • When a child under 14 years of age applies without the consent of a legal representative
   • When approval is impossible due to the user's fault or when applying in violation of other prescribed matters
   • When applying for the purpose of disrupting public order or good morals

Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Service)

1. The Company performs the following tasks:
   • Providing free astrological disposition analysis services
   • Providing paid life patterns generation services (using Star Flakes)
   • Providing traveler profile management functions
   • Other services determined by the Company
2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, the Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to technical needs such as service facility inspection or the Company's circumstances.
3. The Company may modify all or part of the services being provided if there is a reasonable reason, depending on operational or technical needs.
4. If there are changes to the content, usage method, or usage time of the Service, the reason for the change, the content of the changed service, and the provision date are posted on the initial screen of the service before the change.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in cases such as maintenance, replacement, or failure of information and communication equipment such as computers, communication interruption, AI model inspection, or for reasonable operational reasons.
2. The Company compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision for reasons stated in paragraph 1. However, this does not apply if the Company proves that there was no intent or negligence.
3. If the Service cannot be provided due to reasons such as business conversion, business abandonment, or integration between companies, the Company shall notify users in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and protect consumers in accordance with relevant laws such as the Consumer Protection Act.

Article 7 (Purchase Application and Procedure)

1. Users apply for purchase within the Service using the following or similar methods:
   • Selecting Star Flakes purchase product
   • Confirming payment information
   • Agreeing to terms and applying for purchase
   • Selecting payment method and making payment
2. The Company may refuse approval for purchase applications that fall under any of the following:
   • When the application contains false information, omissions, or errors
   • When approving the purchase application would significantly hinder the Company's technology

Article 8 (Payment Method)

1. Payment methods when using services such as Star Flakes purchase are as follows:
   • Payment through Toss Payments (credit card, Kakao Pay, Toss Pay, etc.)
   • Other payment methods additionally provided by the Company
2. The Company may verify whether the user has legitimate authority to use the payment method and may suspend or cancel the transaction if necessary.

Article 9 (Use and Validity Period of Star Flakes)

1. Star Flakes are used when using paid features within the Service, such as generating life patternss.
2. The validity period of Star Flakes is limited to within 1 year from the purchase date (payment time). For the refundable period, please refer to the separate refund policy.
3. If an account is deleted or the Service is terminated, remaining Star Flakes will automatically expire and will not be refunded.
4. The Company may change the validity period according to the service operation policy, and in such cases, it will be announced in advance.
5. Star Flakes cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash.
6. When refunding Star Flakes, refunds are made only to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
7. Star Flakes refunds are only possible within 7 days from the purchase date. For details, please refer to the refund policy.
8. When a member withdraws, remaining Star Flakes will automatically expire and will not be refunded.
9. Refunds of amounts paid when purchasing Star Flakes are processed according to the separate refund policy.

Article 10 (User Obligations)

1. Users must not engage in the following acts:
   • Registering false information when applying or making changes
   • Stealing another person's information
   • Altering information posted by the Company
   • Sending or posting information other than that specified by the Company (such as computer programs)
   • Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
   • Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with their business
   • Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information that violates public order and morals on the Service
   • Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Service
   • Using automated means to access the Service or collect data
2. Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations, the provisions of these Terms, usage guidelines and notices related to the Service, matters notified by the Company, etc., and must not engage in acts that interfere with the Company's business.

Article 11 (Restriction and Suspension of Service Use)

1. The Company may gradually restrict service use through warnings, temporary suspension, permanent suspension, etc., if a user violates the obligations of these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the Company may immediately permanently suspend service use if related laws are violated, such as providing and interfering with the operation of illegal programs in violation of the Copyright Act and the Computer Program Protection Act, illegal communication and hacking in violation of the Information and Communications Network Act, distribution of malicious programs, and exceeding access rights.
3. The Company may restrict use to protect member information and improve operational efficiency if a user does not log in continuously for 3 months or more.

Article 12 (Company Obligations)

1. The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and strives to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.
2. The Company establishes a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use Internet services.
3. The Company does not send commercial advertising emails for profit purposes that users do not want.

Article 13 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is exempt from liability regarding service provision when it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or similar force majeure.
2. The Company is not liable for service use disruptions caused by the user's fault.
3. The Company is not liable for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of information, materials, and facts posted by users in relation to the Service.
4. The Company is exempt from liability when transactions, etc., are conducted between users or between users and third parties through the Service.
5. Life Patternss are reference materials generated using AI technology, and the Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of their content.

Article 14 (Disclaimer)

1. This Service is provided for entertainment and reference purposes only.
2. The Company assumes no responsibility for users' decisions and their results based on information provided through the Service.
3. All content of the Service is automatically generated using AI technology, so it does not accurately predict an individual's actual disposition or future.

Article 15 (Dispute Resolution)

1. The Company establishes and operates a damage compensation processing organization to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and process compensation for damages.
2. The Company prioritizes processing complaints and opinions submitted by users. However, if prompt processing is difficult, the Company immediately notifies the user of the reason and processing schedule.
3. If there is a user's request for damage relief regarding e-commerce disputes that occur between the Company and users, it may follow the mediation of a dispute mediation organization requested by the Fair Trade Commission or city/provincial governors.

Article 16 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea apply to the interpretation of these Terms and disputes between the Company and users.
2. If a lawsuit is filed regarding disputes arising from the use of the Service, it shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
